Bi-Fold Doors Installation



  1. Fit soffit to timber header 26mm from front face. (1.5" No.6 screws).
  2. Plumb line and fit sole plate to floor. (1.5" No.6 screws).
  3. Mark 57mm centre line on timber stand.
  4. Fit 1st hinge back plate to standard 105mm down from header on 57mm center line using 1" No.6 screws.
  5. Mount remaining hinge plates to hinges.

  1. Locate door to top hinge plate and fix.
  2. Align hinges with plates to 57mm centre line and secure to frame.
  3. Fit bi-fold guide wheels into top and bottom track and lock into position.
  4. Fit guide wheel hinges and tighten screws.
  5. Adjust doors using hinge back plates and guide wheels.
  6. Fit hinges to door.
