Field Service Lead (North East England)
The Field Service Lead is responsible for leading all aspects of the installation on each development assigned to them. Responsible for customer service on site, this includes positive communication with the site team, the completion of each plot in line with the agreed completion dates and the resolution of any field-based issues that may occur. Internally, the Field Service Lead will provide real time reporting to Head Office on site progress, lead our installers on Health and Safety and ensure each installation is completed to the highest quality with no remedial work.
