The Sales Department exists to create and grow relationships with our customers, to deliver a sector leading Customer Experience before, during and after the procurement process and to provide a sales turnover and margin contribution to the business.

  • Salary review takes place on 1st July each year for all employees who join prior to 1st January.

  • We offer long service awards for 5, 10, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service. Awards vary depending on the milestone.

  • Three times your basic annual salary is paid out to your nominated beneficiary for Death in Service.

  • New employees are opted in to The People’s Pension 3 months after joining, though you can request to join from your first day. Kelvin currently contributes 3% and employees contribute 5%. Full information and opt-in is provided within your offer pack.
